Jordan is a seasoned veteran in internet advertising with over 20 years of experience in Ad Operations, Media Planning, Media Buying, Retail Marketing, and Social Media. Prior to Responsive MTS, he launched AdPepper Media USA and served as the VP of Business Development for three years. He then launched React2Media, a performance marketing agency, which was acquired by Antivenio in 2017 where he served as COO. Jordan has certifications on Amazon, Google, The Trade Desk, Samsung TV, Meta as well as various other platforms. In his private time, Jordan enjoys golf, baseball and spending time with his wife and 3 children. Jordan graduated from the Johnson & Wales School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
Martin has spent his entire career in the Marketing arena, both at agency and as a client, and has worked globally in many industry sectors and through most communication channels. He has held numerous Board and Senior Management positions, allowing him to add tactically and strategically to Responsive MTS’s UK and European business. As a fully immersed and hands-on Managing Director, Martin is heavily involved in shaping RMTSGlobal services for publishers and marketing services businesses. He is an advocate of outsourcing as a solution for skill shortages and spiralling overheads, taking a collaborative approach to delivering solutions that seamlessly fit into our client’s businesses and remove the operational pressures that can stifle growth. Martin is a keen “countryman” and is passionate about the natural word. Outside Responsive he can be found with the family on his hobby farm, where he has a small, rare breed, sheep flock, horses and various other animals. Martin also loves fishing and has travelled to many parts of the world in pursuit of his hobby.
