Gayathri is the Director and Head of HR at RMTSGlobal, responsible for leading human capital and talent management operations including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, employee engagement, payroll and compliance, and Quality management system, ISO 9001:2015. She sets the people strategy for the organization and aligns the human resource and talent management function to support RMTS’s business goals. Before joining RMTSGlobal, she was an HR Business Partner at Huawei Technologies, where she was recognized for her thought leadership in engaging people programs and execution models. Gayathri holds a post-graduation degree in HRM from the Xavier School of Management. She has a love for travel, particularly when it involves long-distance driving and staying in the woods
