You work together as one unit instead of having separate departments competing against each other (which never works).

Be proactive, but also persistent

In AdOps, you’re going to be dealing with a lot of data. That’s why you must be proactive and persistent in your approach to quality control. Being proactive means being constantly on the lookout for ways to improve your business. You want to make sure that when someone clicks on an ad, they get what they were promised (or better). Sometimes you need to say NO and really mean it
